Lao Ma Dumplings, founded by two sisters from Fuzhou, China, is a handcrafted dumpling concept located inside Niu Mama Kitchens in Glendale, AZ. We specialize in fresh, made-to-order dumplings, including pan-fried, steamed, and deep-fried options, each carefully prepared by hand for authentic flavor and texture.
